Slain musician XXXTentacion had a public funeral service Wednesday. Thousands of fans showed up to the BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fl to pay their respects.
The artist, who’s real name is Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy, was murdered in broad daylight by two gunmen as he was leaving a motorcycle dealer on June 18, 2018.
His mother, Cleopatra Bernard, invited his fans to attend an open casket service to get some closure after the untimely death.
No cameras, phones, or any other devices with recording capabilities were allowed into the arena. High security was implemented to thwart efforts of exploiting XXXTentacion’s in the open casket.
Fans who were not able to attend the service relied upon information from other fans who were able to attend the service.
