Tuesday is the day when Bill Cosby will find out his fate. There is a great chance the TV mogul will be sentenced to prison time for drugging and sexually assaulting a woman.
The 81-year-old will have a chance to make a final statement in court before his sentencing.
Cosby faces anything from probation to 10 years in prison for drugging and molesting Andrea Constand. The Temple University basketball administrator in filed charges against him in January of 2005, a year after the incident, only to have a prosecutor turn down the case.
More than 60 women have also publicly testified against Bill Cosby, claiming he also victimized them. None of the testimonies have led to additional criminal charges.
This is the first time someone accused in the #METOO movement has faced trial and been convicted.
