Tekashi6ix9ine faced more devastating news regarding his legal troubles Monday.
The rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, is facing federal racketeering charges as of Two weeks ago.
According to Page Six regardless of the outcome of his federal case Tekashi could be facing some extra time stemming from his 2015 ‘sexual misconduct with a minor’ case.
Just over a week before the Feds took 6ix9ine into custody, he had avoided an 8-year sentence for the unlawful use of a minor in a sexual performance. As a result of that case Hernandez was put on 1,000 hours of community service and a 4-year probation as long as he avoided legal trouble.
After Monday’s meeting with prosecutors and the rappers’ attorney Lance Lazzaro it was concluded that this federal fiasco i in fact a violation of probation.
The ‘Dummy Boy’ rapper’s next court date is in September of 2019.
His fans are praying for a turn in fate for the rapper, whose future looked so bright before legal woes caught up to him.
